With the launch of Xbox One, Microsoft needed to monitor consumer reactions in real-time to guide Marketing’s messaging strategy across all owned social channels.
Solution:
I identified nationally trending topics, communities and influencers 24 hours before they went viral, giving Microsoft a detailed playbook on who/what/where to spend ad dollars while competitors were left scrambling.

Located every connective thread responsible for popularizing #XboxMemories – from hashtags to topics to @handles
Identified relevant communities beyond the gaming world responsible for leveraging critical keywords
Helped guide messaging strategy for multiple social posts using real-time sentiment analysis
